For the Participants in Both Tours:

• For students in the Asheville, N.C., area: Round trip coach/van transportation to/from Charlotte Douglas International Airport on their departure day and return to Asheville at the conclusion of their tour. 
• Accommodations and breakfast at carefully selected hotels, hostels, or villas.
• One festive meal in Sicily on each tour  (soft drinks included).
• All road transportation (private coach/van service).
• Admission tickets to all museums and archaeological/historical sites. 
• Tour leader fees.
• Guide/lecturer fees.

For the Participants in the Tour of Sicily:

• Meet and greet at the Catania airport.
• Flight from Catania-Fontanarossa Airport to Venice for those who take the tour of northeastern Italy.
• Ferry from and to Sicily across the Strait of Messina.

For the Participants in the Tour of Northeastern Italy:

• Meet and greet at the Venice airport.
• All water transportation in the Venetian Lagoon.
